When picking up from airport who will pay for parking?
Parking charges are paid by the clients also we will come inside the terminal for picking you up.

Can we be picked up from out side the airports?
Yes. If you supply your mobile number.

What happened when I cancel my booking?
Yes. You can withdraw your booking with a 12-hour notice before pickup or drop off. If there is cancellation and we have been notified before 12-hour then there are only management charges of 10%. If we have not been notified the cancellation earlier to 12-hour then the total price is paid for by the client.

Is there any extra charge for extra pickup and drop off?
Yes. There is a charge. Please let us know at the time of booking.

How much luggage can we bring in taxi?
As much as you want but when on the time of booking, please let us know the type of taxi required.

Can I make a booking on line?
Yes, just fill in our Online booking form and we will verify your booking with in 24hrs.

Can I smoke in the taxi?
No. our taxis operate a strict non smoking policy in all their vehicles.

What if the flight is early or delayed?
We will be monitoring your flight on the day of arrival. Our taxis will enter the airport 20mins after the flight has landed. (Unless you have made prior arrangements with us).

What happens if there are traffic problems going to the airport?
Our cars will not accept any liability for missed flights due to traffic delays, accidents, breakdowns or any unforeseen circumstances. Please allow enough time for your trip.

Do you ever use outside contractors?
Occasionally due to unforeseen situation we may have to use other company’s to cover bookings but this is extremely rare.

Does London/Luton Traffic affect my quoted price?
No. Unlike metered taxis, none of our taxis have meters, so the price you are quoted will be the price you give, however long the trip takes.
